AMAPAS I
Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco

The AMAPAS I residential complex in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, makes use of the area’s sloping topography with a series of spaced, tiered terraces. The building is composed of five blocks, three of which overlook the bay and downtown, while the other two have an ocean view.

The main construction includes public areas designed to be transition zones, but also inhabitable. They include the lobby, a lounge bar, a yoga studio, terraces, gardens, and recreational areas, located on different levels and connected by the sun deck and swimming pool at the center of the building.

A mountain’s slope determines the arrangement of several residential blocks, all with views of Puerto Vallarta’s marvelous landscape.
